First of all
You can get VS (Visual Studio) from Microsoft web site and you have the choice to download it using microsoft tool for download and install the package for once or you can download an ISO file and use it whenever you want .

the download is pretty large it is almost
6.89 GB (for the PROFESSIONAL edition ) the time the download will take depend
on your connection speed !
now after downloading the file run it and you will get this Dialog :

make sure that the blend check box is checked !
then click install and the installation process will start immediately.
now you have VS and blend on you machine
