The
differences between VS and Blend are:
If you are
writing a lot of code and you are sort of like that switching to XAML to
make a quick edit you probably use Visual Studio.
So what is Blend?
Blend is about deep diving and making (Styling) your UI
and sort of working with assets from
Photoshop and Illustrator. So blend is designed to let
you do like a design-focused tasks.
So
what can I do in blend that I can’t do I Visual Studio?
There is nothing you can do in blend that you couldn’t do
in VS. Blend just make it easier for you with all the special tooling around
blend.
So if you are doing some animations you could either do
it in VS or Blend.
If you want to make animations in VS you could open VS
and start typing and get it done
But if you want to make It easier you should probably use
blend
to be honest with you making animations in VS is sort of thing that is hard to fit inside your code-focused.

So now you get the idea here …
In the next post we will discuss how to get VS and Blend. see you there.
